We currently offer shipping across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
  • International shipping is not yet available, but we are actively exploring global expansion.
  1. Order Processing Time

Once your payment is verified, your order enters processing. Standard processing times are as follows:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri): Typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays: Processed the following business day.
  • During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, special promotions): Please allow 1–2 extra business days.

We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays.

After your order has been processed, average delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to:

We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders, regardless of location or package size.

  • Promotional offers, including free shipping, may be available during special campaigns — please refer to website banners or email promotions when applicable.
  1. Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time.

Tracking updates will include:

  • Confirmation of shipment departure

  • Transit status checkpoints

If your tracking shows no updates within 72 hours, please contact our team for support.
